The rate is $50 per hour; bigger plans get a lower rate: $45 in Working and $35 in Extended.

WordPress support services: how we work and which plan to choose

WordPress website maintenance for a site built by someone else starts with us getting to know it: how it’s built and what keeps it from being fast.

Maintenance is billed in hours, and we usually recommend the Working plan. The 3 hours of Basic keep the site updated and backed up, but leave no time for edits and speed optimization — and those are what your customers notice. The hour in Working is cheaper, too.

WordPress speed optimization isn’t a separate service here: speeding up slow pages is part of every plan and comes out of the same hours.

If the website makes money every day — a store or a service that collects requests — go for Extended: it’s the only plan with an agreed response time for critical issues, 4 business hours.
